Canada ranked 6th in an international survey of education
According to a survey of international schools conducted by the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (oecd.org), Canada was found to have some of the highest performing students in the world. Students from more than 70 countries including Australia, US, Canada, Singapore, France, UK and many more were tested on mathematics, science and reading skills.
Out of all countries tested, Canadian students ranked 6th in their performance. The survey also found that Canadian students are able to excel in their studies, regardless of their economic situation. As Canada continues to rank amongst the best education in the world, more students are choosing Canada as their preferred destination. |
